In a year that continued to test many, the world searched “how to heal” more than ever. Whether they’re taking care of mental health, honoring a loved one, or reuniting with family, people are finding ways to come back stronger than before.

If you enjoy spending time online, it is important to be aware that there are some adults who use the internet to take advantage of young people and pressure them in to doing something sexual. A common situation is for a child or young person under 18 to receive a private message from an adult asking them to share nude pictures or videos of themselves. This is online sexual exploitation and it is not ok.
“Our society often only acknowledges first place, as if everyone else doesn’t matter. As if only first place exists, and second place is meaningless. But even though second place lost to first place, second place also beat third place. So everyone is actually a winner. That’s why I think a true winner is someone who is working hard at the things they want to do and attempting to reach a certain state on the inside. I feel like that kind of person is a winner,”
