Unsure where to start? This introduction to Asking The Awkward helps you to prepare for regular conversations with your child about online relationships and related topics. It also offers advice on how to keep conversations positive and what to do if your child tells you something that worries you.

Send me a pic? has been developed in response to learning from our Digital Romance (2017) research into young people’s relationships online, and through extensive collaboration with young people across the UK.
To support parents and carers in keeping their children safe online while they are off school, Thinkuknow have produced two helpsheets with advice and links to Thinkuknow resources they can use at home.

Rules and boundaries you set offline can apply online. Take time to learn about the risks all children and young people face online, including access to inappropriate content and contact from people they don't know, so you can support the children in your care.
The Play Like Share animations and Band Runner game are part of a package of resources created by the National Crime Agency’s CEOP Command, designed to help 8-10 year olds learn how to stay safe online.
